Descriptions of the roles available to organisation users

There are four different roles available to the organisation users.

Global Admin (GA) - A global admin has the following capabilities:

  • Manages other administrative profiles across all organisations within the company.

  • Not directly responsible for setting briefs and projects, requesting clearance to allocate people or managing allocations, but has permissions to do so.

  • Managing all profiles, across the organisations within the company.

Local Admin(LA) - A local admin has the following capabilities:

  • Responsible for setting briefs and projects, requesting clearance to allocate people and managing allocations.

  • Managing all profiles from their organisation and their clearance requests.

  • Manage their local organisation profile and its users.

Resource Owner (RO) - A resource owner has the following capabilities:

  • Responsible for setting briefs and projects, requesting clearance to allocate people and managing allocations.

  • Managing profiles from your organisation and their clearance requests.

Resource User (RU) - A resource user has the following capabilities:

  • Responsible for setting briefs and projects, requesting clearance to allocate people and managing allocations.
