There are two ways to resource through Genie.
1. You can reach out to certain individuals directly through your Network. If you are their clearance manager, you can simply 'Allocate', otherwise 'Request Clearance'.
2. You can set Genie's algorithm to work to find out who would be best for your brief. To do this start by setting up a new brief.
